Features:- Paper: The Machine is capable of printing on all varieties of paper (substance ranging from 48 GSM to 110 GSM)
- Feed: The machine is capable of printing from width of 610mm with cutoff length between 440mm.
- Printing Area: Maximum 420mm x 600mm.
- Speed: 18000 copies to 25000 copies per hours.
- Unwinding Unit: Reel loading is easily done.
- Folding Unit : For regular folding of 3 folds to turnout sections to the following size with Sheeter facility.

- Accessibility: All necessary adjustments are carried out without breaking the web.
- Sheeter: Sheeter provision has been made for removing the printed sheets while machine is running without stopping the machine. The delivery board can be adjusted to lowering down automatically while printed sheets delivered on board.
- Impression: It is provided with fully automatic device for controlling the impression on cylinders on or off positions. If the web is cutoff while printing the impression will be thrown off automatically.
- Plate cylinder with bearer: It is provided with mechanical devices for easy handling preferably with quick clamping devices and for effecting adjustments laterally and circumferentially the lock of plates is easier. The plate cylinder is capable of axial and dianal adjustments.
- Inking System: Is provided with suitable number of rollers of varying diameter driven by a set of gears for proper graying and even distribution of ink to the plate Forme Roller and Ductor Roller can be disconnected when impression is cutoff.
- Dampening Units: The system has recycling facilities and proper electronic control to regulate the water supply (+ or -).
- Counting Device: It indicates the number of copies printed and section folder and sheeter.
- Tripping: The machine is provided with automatic electronic tripping devices.
- Turn bar: 2 Nos of turn bars is provided for turning paper for numbering.
- Drive: The machine is capable of being run on power AC 400/440 V3 phase 50 cycles and fitted with self regulating devices for marginal fluctuations in Voltage ± 5 percent.
