RANGER HALF PAGE FOLDER

RANGER V-30 three cylinders heavy duty jaw type half page folder consisting of heavy duty rigid side frame with cutting cylinders, jaw cylinder and folding drum equipped with oil spray in gear box by oil pump having Hard and ground helical gears Capable to run at 30,000 IPH Speed. Three cylinder concept is always treated as superior over other conventional designs being easy to operate and to set cutting and folding during operation.

MAIN FEATURES

1:2:2 Configuration for the Folder consisting of one dia of cutting cylinder, two dia of folding cylinder and two dia of jaw cylinder for smooth running of paper.
Double nipping roller for better pickup of the paper.
Web capacity of eight webs
Double RTF Rollers for better pulling of paper.
Hard and Ground precession gears made out of allied steel.
Facility for quarterfold and 1/8th fold for books and magazines.
Duel folding knife and jaw for smooth and soundless running of the folder.
