Duplex Printing Unit
Our Duplex printing unit carries split cylinder configurations with pneumatically controlled separate roll-stand. The unit consist of three plate and three blanket cylinders having concept of blanket printing. One duplex can print two color on one side and one colour on other side of paper web. Its simple design and perfect sequence of ink and water has made more attractive to the user. It is an ideal machine for small and medium circulation newspapers as it offers high production versatility and adaption to unfavourable space conditions, Capable to print different configurations. Circumfrential and lateral register can be adjusted even when the machine is running.

With two "Ranger V-30" Duplex printing units in line with 2-Hi pneumatic roll stand and half page folder.

Four colour printing on one side of four pages newspaper and one or two colours on other side i.e. we can print 1st and 4th page in 4 colours with 2nd and 3rd page either in single colour or in two colours of four paged newspaper.
or
Single colour printing of eight pages newspaper with heading in other colour provision of heading in other colour can be availed at 1st, 8th, 3rd & 6th page of eight pages newspaper.
With One Duplex + One Unit + One Folder

THE SALIENT FEATURES OF THE MACHINE ARE AS FOLLOWS :
