PRINTING UNIT WITH BUILT-IN ROLL STAND
Our vertical printing unit carries Y-section cylinder configuration having in-built roll-stand. The unit is designed in such a way that it provides utmost satisfaction to the operator in operating the unit. The printing units have concept of blanket to blanket printing consisting of two plate and two blanket cylinders, facilitates printing of single colour both side of paper web. Its simple design is widely acceptable to all the customers, both regard to quality level and operating cost. Placing special emphasis on all components, which are vital for printing operations.

T-bar type blanket lock up for easy clamping.
Knurled leading rollers for avoiding the ink setup.
Slit type plate cylinders for easy plate clamping and removing.
Both operating and drive side facilitated with lubrication.
Speed upto 30,000 impressions per hour
Cut-off either 508, 533, 546, 560, 578mm (20", 21", 21?",22", 22?" resp.)
Can be attached and synchronized with any make of same cut-off.
