Vertical Printing Unit with Seperate Roll Stand

Our vertical printing unit carries I-section cylinder configuration having horizontal paper travel with separate pneumatic controlled roll stand. The unit is designed in such a way that it provides utmost satisfaction to the operator in operating the unit. The printing unit have concept of blanket to blanket printing of single color both sides of paper web. Its design carries upper hand among all in present available designs in the country.

THE SALIENT FEATURES OF THE MACHINE ARE AS FOLLOWS :

• Dynamically balanced hard chrome plated cylinders made out of alloy steel.
• Hard and ground precision gears made out of alloy steel.
• Brush spray dampening on both stations.
• Running circumferential registration(RCR).
• Side movement adjustment.
• T-bar type blanket lock up for easy clamping.
• Knurled leading rollers to avoid link set up.
• Slit type plate cylinders for easy plate clamping and removing.
• Both operating and drive side facilitated with lubrication.
• Speed upto 30, 000 impressions per hour.
• Cut off either -508, 533, 546, 560, 578mm (20", 21", 21?",22", 22?" resp.)
• Can be attached and synchronized with any make of same cut-off.
