IMPACTA V- 35

Two IMPACTA V-35 Printing Unit carry split cylinder configuration with pneumatically controlled seperate Roll Stand. Each Unit consists of two Common Impression Cylinders surrounded by four plate and four blanket cylinders having concept of blanket to impression cylinder printing, minimizing paper expansion, in cutoff size 508, 533, 546, 578, 600mm.

One IMPACTA V-35 can print two colors simultaneously on both sides of paper web. With Two IMPACTA Units we can print 4 colors simultaneously on both sides of paper web i.e we can print all the four pages of 4 pages Newspaper in 4 Color.

We can print 2 + 2 colors simultaneously on both sides of paper web of eight pages Newspaper, all cylinders bearer to bearer, RCR, Brush Dampening Facility, Speed 35,000 IPH together with Plate Punch and Plate Bending device, Reel loading Hoist, 2 Hi Roll Stand Plus all standard accessories.

Some of The Salient Features of 2 Hi IMPACTA

1.	Well-ground and Hardened Gears of 20-MNCR-5 Alloy Steel.
2.	All Cylinders are provided for Bearer-to-Bearer printing as against Blanket-to-Blanket.
3.	2-High Impacta weighs about double of its color potential equivalent (the 4-High Staked Mono Units). This guarantees vibration-free situation thereby eliminiates distortions, resulting in constant and accurate color registration while machine is running.
4.	Less in height when compared with same equivalent and therefore offers shorter web travel.
5.	Prints Blanket-to-Impression for sharper printing quality, other configured color units are Blanket-to-Blanket.
6.	In one Impacta Unit, two colors are registered instantly on each side of the web; therefore apart from ensuring accurate color registration, it lessens make-ready time.
7.	Both Lateral and Circumferential movement register adjustments are on the Operator side, thereby lessening inconvenience to the operator.
8.	All operations (Ink, Impression, Dampening, Lubrication, RollStands, etc) of the machine are fully pneumatic controlled.
9.	The Cylinders ae of solid, and Non-magnetic SS-304 Steel.
10.	The Steel Rollers for water are of Solid, and Stainless SS-304 Steel.
11.	Inking System is motorized; bears Lever-type Swing-up-and-down control, and with covered inkpots.
12.	Dampening is of Brush-mist for proper interaction of water and ink compartments.
13.	Fitted with Chiller Unit for constant cooling of the reticulating water into trays, and this idea gives sharper and better printouts.
14.	Roll Stand Chamber is fitted with semi-automatic-paste system for change of reels while machine is in running mode.
15.	Centrally controlled from a freestanding Console that displays the dampening positions, digitally.
